1. Sign up

Download OTRA Park™ app and create an account.

Good news! The monthly subscription is free until September 2021 if you register with your personal account.

Or you can be registered by your transport company and can book directly on your company account.

2. Find your spot

Filter, search and book your parking spot.

Our smart map shows the nearest secure parking locations. Pick your stay and click ‘Book now’ to confirm your booking

3. Enjoy your safe stay

The booking is confirmed and the parking operator is informed about your booking.

Your reservation is paid online or you can pay on-site. If you are registered through your trucking company, your company will pay on their account.

Now you are ready to enter the parking with your QR code. If there is a plate reader, the plate will be recognized and you do not need to enter the QR code.

4. You can stay longer

If you need to stay longer, there is no need to notify the park. The system is built to calculate and charge extensions (if any) when you check out. You can check out at the gate with your QR code. The extension will be charged to your credit card automatically. If you are registered through your trucking company, the extension will automatically be charged to your company account.

OTRA Park™ lets you find the most suitable parking spots along your route.

You receive real-time information about available truck parking, so you can guarantee and access spaces when you need them. You then enter and exit the parks without tickets. A smooth and efficient payment process gives you the peace of mind you deserve.

You will worry less about where to park and can drive longer simply by booking your parking spot in advance. The clear, easy-to-access information along with simple booking means you can focus on the road. It also helps reduce accidents and the time lost searching for a parking place.

There is more than one way to find a parking area to book.

First, you can use the filter on the Otra Park™ map to only see bookable parking spots. The map will display bookable spots with their prices.

Alternatively, you can click on a park, to see if it is bookable.

Finally, you can also use the filter on the map to see only the bookable parkings.

Each truck park has its own facilities. You can sort them according to the available facilities or you can click on the icon of your favourite parking on the interactive map and check its facilities.

Each parking has its own rules and prices. You can check the prices by clicking on the icon of the parking on the interactive map. The price depends also on the duration of your stay.

First, check your booking and make sure that the date and time of your booking are correct.

If everything is OK, open the OTRA Park™ and search for your booking.
The parking’s contact information is there. Just click on ‘Contact the Parking’ to call the contact if you need assistance.

If you connect your OTRA Park™ account with a credit card such as Visa or Mastercard, you will be invoiced at the end of the month for all your bookings.  If you are registered through your trucking company, they will handle the payment.

Normally you can enter the parking at any time you want during the booking period.  In some cases, the parking operator can decide to apply entry windows (you’ll find more details in the park’s info on the app).

Please bear in mind that an extension is applied if you stay beyond your check-out time. You don’t need to inform the park if you stay longer. The system is built to calculate and charge extensions (if any) when you check out. You can check out the gate with your QR code, unless the park uses a plate reader. The extension will be charged to your credit card automatically.  The extension will be charged to your company if you are registered through your trucking company.

Need to stay longer? No problem! The system automatically calculates your extension so you can continue enjoying the facility.

If the barrier doesn’t open, the best thing to do is to contact the parking directly. Open OTRA Park™ and search for your booking. The parking’s contact information is there. Just click on ‘Contact the Parking’ to call the contact.

All the details are in your booking details, available in the “My bookings” section of the OTRA Park app.

If you have a problem with the app or with a payment, you can contact our technical service at support@weareotra.com. Our technical team will take the time to find the solution to your problem.

In the OTRA Park™ app, go to “My Bookings”. On the bottom of your booking, you can click on “Cancel your booking”. Please read the cancellation conditions of your booking. If you want to confirm the cancellation, just click on ‘Cancel’. If you want to keep it, click on “Keep my booking”.

Please note that you will be reimbursed 25% if you cancel more than 2 hours before your arrival. Note that there are no reimbursements if you cancel your booking less than 2 hours before arrival or if you do not show up.

However, if you subscribe to OTRA Flex™ with an additional fixed monthly fee, you will be 100% reimbursed if you cancel more than 2 hours before your arrival. If you cancel your booking less than 2 hours before arrival you will be 50% reimbursed.

For an additional fixed monthly fee, OTRA Flex™ lets you cancel a booking for free or for a small fee (depending on how early the cancellation is made before the check-in time), provided that you notify the cancellation.

How does it work?

Normally you will be 25% reimbursed if you cancel more than 2 hours before your arrival. No reimbursement if you cancel your booking less than 2 hours before arrival or if you do not show up.

With an OTRA Flex™ subscription, you will be reimbursed 100% if you cancel more than 2 hours before your arrival. If you cancel your booking less than 2 hours before arrival you will be reimbursed 50%.
